Wayne Ellenbogen received his B.S. in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Clarkson University, and his M.S. in Electrical Engineering from New York University Tandon School of Engineering (formerly Polytechnic University). Wayne received his J.D. from Touro University Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law Center. He has been practicing intellectual property law since 1998 and has worked both as an in-house attorney for a Fortune 100 company and in private practice. Prior to his legal career, Wayne worked for over ten years at several electronics companies, most recently TLSI, a subsidiary of Telephonics Corporation, where he was a senior integrated circuit design engineer responsible for full-custom analog and digital semiconductor design and fabrication projects for the automotive and computer industries, as well as the U.S. military. Wayne is admitted to the state bars of New York and New Jersey and is registered to practice before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office. He is not licensed in North Carolina. Wayne focuses his practice on the preparation and prosecution of patent applications in the areas of electronics, including advanced analog and digital circuitry, semiconductor devices and fabrication, wireless communications, RF power amplifiers, microprocessors and control systems, memory and data storage, and software. Wayne has been recognized by Marquis Who’s Who Top Lawyers (2018) for dedication, achievements, and leadership in intellectual property law.
