Myers Bigel Offering January 26, 2015 IP Update

Myers Bigel is presenting its IP Update for January 2015 at its offices on Monday, January 26, 2015, beginning at 3:00pm.  This presentation will focus on claim construction and the Supreme Court’s decision in Teva Pharmaceuticals v. Sandoz.   The presentation will be presented by Peter Siddoway.  This review is part of a regular series of caselaw discussions sponsored by Myers Bigel.  An application for CLE credit will be submitted to the North Carolina State Bar following the event.
