MBSS Attorney Authors Paper on Implications of BPAI’s Miyazaki Opinion

Robert A. Schwartzman, Ph.D. of Myers Bigel has authored a paper discussing the implications of the BPAI’s recent opinion in In re Miyazaki. In his paper, Rob discusses how the BPAI’s decision that the USPTO will use a standard of review for finding claims indefinite that is lower than that used by federal courts will affect pending patent claims.
