Presentation on Patent Reform Bill of 2007

Rohan G. Saba of Myers Bigel gave a presentation on the Patent Reform Act of 2007 at the spring meeting of the Carolina Patent, Trademark, and Copyright Law Association (CPTCLA) on May 2, 2008. The presentation covered the background and origins of the bill, the changes proposed by the bill, and the arguments advanced both for and against passage of the bill.
