GEORGE PATSARIKAS JOINS MYERS BIGEL
Myers Bigel is pleased to announce George Patsarikas has joined the firm’s award-winning legal team.
George joined Myers Bigel with 5.5 years industry experience. He focuses his practice on the preparation and prosecution of patent applications in the area of electrical engineering, specifically relating to electrical arts and computer-implemented technologies, automotive control systems, software, machine-learning and artificial intelligence systems, electrical hardware, semiconductors, semiconductor processing systems, and communication systems.
George is a member of the State Bar of Michigan and is registered to practice before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office.
He received his B.S. in Electrical Engineering from Oakland University, and his J.D. from Michigan State University College of Law. Prior to joining the firm, he worked as an intern at a tier-one automotive supplier during his undergraduate program and spent four years as a patent practitioner with a national intellectual property firm and an AmLaw 200 firm.
George joins a team of attorneys and patent agents emphasizing patent procurement in practice areas including electronics/computer, mechanical, trademark, chemical and biotechnology. The firm’s experience with domestic and international patents is vast, having successfully filed in practically every country in the world, drafting quality patents that cover the full scope of an invention and stand up to courtroom challenges.
