Lesley Pasman received her B.A. Double Major Degree in Linguistics and Molecular and Cell Biology, with honors, from the University of California, Berkeley and her Ph.D. in Immunobiology from Yale University. Her doctoral research focused on mammalian model organisms to study disease complications of bacterial and viral respiratory coinfections. Prior to joining Myers Bigel, Lesley conducted microbiome research at the intersection of microbiology, chemistry, and immunology as a National Institutes of Health Ruth L. Kirschstein National Research Service Award Postdoctoral Fellow at Harvard Medical School, where her research focused on the ability of human intestinal commensal bacteria to stimulate local and systemic immune responses. Lesley has a diverse research background in areas including immunology, microbiology, virology and molecular and cell biology. Lesley is registered to practice before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office.
