David C. Hall has become a shareholder in our firm. David Hall received his Bachelors Degree in Electrical Engineering, magna cum laude, from North Carolina State University. David received his Juris Doctor Degree from the University of North Carolina, where he was a staff member of the North Carolina Journal of International Law and Commerce Regulation. He has been practicing law since 1993. David is a former Associate General Counsel for Intellectual Property of Cree, Inc., where he was responsible for patent prosecution, patent litigation, licensing activities of the company. David was formerly Patent Counsel with Ericsson, Inc., where he was responsible for patent prosecution. David is a member of the North Carolina Bar and is registered to practice before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office. He is a member of the North Carolina Bar Association, the American Intellectual Property Law Association and the Triangle Intellectual Property Law Association. David’s legal practice includes patent prosecution in the areas of electronics, telecommunications, semiconductors, and software.
