Myers Bigel presenting a “Review of IP Caselaw for April 2013”

Myers Bigel is pleased to announce that it will be presenting a “Review of IP Caselaw for April 2013” at its offices on April 22, 2013, beginning at 3:00 PM. The presentation will focus on several significant intellectual property decisions from the past month, including the Supreme Court’s decision in Kirtsaeng v. John Wiley & Sons, Inc. This will be the second in a regular series of caselaw discussions sponsored by Myers Bigel this year. Peter Siddoway, counsel in Myers Bigel’s litigation group, will lead the discussion.
